duties
As a project engineer in Road Maintenance, you support project managers, specialists, and technical management in road maintenance, mostly you will work with our operating areas in the Norrbotten coastal region. Our measures are important for a robust and passable road network. You will have a large variety of tasks, with a focus on planning and follow-up regarding time, cost, risks, quality, and work environment. You will also structure and administer the projects in our project systems and follow up on the activities in GPD Analysis. You assist in external contacts such as contacts with the general public, municipalities, and other stakeholders.

You participate in projects and assignments and perform tasks in agreement with the project managers you work with.

Qualifications

Who are you?

As a person, you have a good ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external contacts. You are structured and thorough. The service requires that you are flexible and independently see what needs to be done and act accordingly.

We are looking for you as

  • have a university or college degree of at least 180 credits (120 credits) with a technical specialization or other education and experience that we consider to be equivalent
  • has current and relevant experience of working with project management, project administration or project planning
  • has good knowledge of the Office suite, mainly Excel
  • has knowledge and interest in working with IT-based systems
  • can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
  • has a driving license for a car

It is an advantage if you

  • has worked as a project engineer and been support for project managers
  • has relevant and current experience from road maintenance activities
  • has relevant and current experience from road construction
  • has worked with financial, risk and earnings monitoring
  • has experience of running projects

Location: Luleå
