As a technical project manager, you are responsible for supporting, adapting and tailoring Brilliant’s proprietary Navigator to the customer’s own business system in order to be able to deliver what the customer wants. You will have to combine your strengths in IT, problem solving and communication to solve the needs and issues that continuously come in from customers. The role is perfect for you who are a recent graduate and want to work close to business and consultative towards the customer.

The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Academic Work, but you will be employed directly by Brilliant Future.

In this role, you and the team will work closely with Brilliant’s customers and support them in maximizing the benefits of the entire wide range of services that you deliver. You do this by adapting and tailoring Navigator and taking care of the customer as new and / or changed needs arise.

At the beginning, you undergo a very well-thought-out onboarding where you sit down with your colleagues and the immediate manager to step by step learn the systems and the work. You start to support the customers and help them with the everyday matters in combination with various assignments, to slowly but surely advance and take on increasingly advanced pieces.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Handle technical issues and clutter
  • Configure modules in Brilliant Navigator
  • Plan and implement small and large customer deliveries
  • Support Brilliant’s support department for more complex matters
  • Work with Excel and SQL
  • Manage customers’ technical solutions as well as ongoing measurements and reporting
  • Report bugs and contribute with development proposals

To thrive and succeed, we see that you:

  • Has a relevant university degree in Technology / IT, preferably in systems science
  • Has good knowledge of Excel
  • Has an interest in data analysis
  • Has a very good communication ability
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English both orally and in writing


  • Knowledge of SQL and CSS
  • Has experience in customer service or customer-oriented work
